The band has the same unique shape as our famous replica ring and is engraved with our Elvish Love Poem putting this design a step above the ordinary.

Engraving, optional: Choose None, Inside, Outside or Both Sides of the ring. For outside engraving two phrases of about 25 characters is recommended (we position the diamond between the two phrases)

How to choose the right metal: White

Most jewellery gold is an alloy of gold, silver and copper. While the total gold content is determined by the carat, white gold adds some precious platinum which naturally filters out yellow color from the gold. Unless requested we do NOT rhodium plate our white gold.
9ct An affordable light white gold. Minimum gold standard in UK.
14ct Hardwearing. May contain trace of nickel. Avoid if known nickel allergy.
18ct Best for wedding and jewellery.

How to choose the diamond quality

Our High-Quality diamonds (G-H color SI clarity) have only a trace of colour and natural imperfections only just visible to the naked eye.

Our Premium Quality diamonds (D-F color VS clarity) are near colourless, with natural imperfections only visible under 10x magnification, and are of higher value then the average.

Our Rare Quality diamonds (D colour IF clarity) are colourless, with no natural internal imperfections visible with the naked eye or under 10x magnification, and so are the rarest and most exquisite. Less than 1% of diamonds are given the grading of D,IF by the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America).

How to choose your engraving

You can choose any engraving. Make sure you choose Both Sides if you want engraving on the inside and outside.

A default engraving is suggested, but you can pick whatever engraving style and message makes the ring perfect for you.

For signet ring engraving with a custom Top face design select Top or Both Top and Inside and place your order. We will then contact you by email and work with you to finalize the engraving design - don't worry we won't engrave or send a signet ring without your sign off.

We CANNOT for legal reasons engrave the same Black Speech script that features on our licensed The One Ring designs. Other messages in elvish or any other language are ok, of course. Please note it is part of our Terms & Conditions that you confirm that you own the copyright, or that no copyright exists, on any inscription requested on a custom piece requested to be made by Jens Hansen Gold & Silversmith Limited. Jens Hansen is not able to provide inscriptions of copyrighted work without prior approval of the copyright owner.

If you have a special engraving request, first remember to select the right number of sides, single or Both Sides when you place the order, then email us the extra details AFTER placing your order. Our laser engraver can handle any message, pattern, pictures or symbols desired so long as you are using standard fonts, or can provide a two-tone (e.g. Black & White) image file AND there is enough room for your message to fit on the piece.

If you don't know your ring size you can still safely order today and we will work with you by email to help you find the right size. Otherwise, choose your closest size in USA, UK or European standard ring sizes. For in between sizes choose the closest size, add to Cart and put your exact size in the Special Instructions box on the Cart page. As long as you know your exact size in any recognized system then we can make the perfect ring for you. All our precious metal rings are available in every size, because we make each one to order!
