Using the form below, simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (it is also in your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order. We will fetch and display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added. Look at the Status field in the top right hand corner of the order details.
If it says:
Processing - then we are still making and packaging your order.
Closed - then you should shortly receive an email with tracking details - this can take at least 24 hours and possibly 2-3 days if on the weekend.
Cancelled - then your order was cancelled at your our our request and will be refunded as applicable.
