We are open, at work and shipping
From 22nd September 2020 all of New Zealand, except for the Auckland Metropolitan area, has moved to 'Alert Level 1'. This means there are minimal restrictions and here at our store in Nelson we are busy at work designing, crafting and shipping orders as normal.
All purchases will be processed in the order received so it is important to place your order as soon as possible to maintain your place in our workshop queue if you have a time-critical event such as a wedding, anniversary, birthday etc.
We also have a number of payment options at checkout, including Sezzle, SpitIt, SplitPay, Affirm and Bread if you want to place your order now and pay for it in instalments so you are ready for an important future date.

To help us concentrate on crafting and shipping can we ask that you please don't ask us about your order status unless it is an emergency - tracking details will be sent by email as soon as your package is shipped we promise.

Our doors are open to the public. We can welcome one customer at a time in our showroom and you can also book private appointments in our Design Space - just give us a call +64 3 5480640
And of course we can continue to work with you via email, phone, Zoom, Skype or Messenger, whatever suits you best, just let us know.
