HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible, you must do the following before 12pm 1 October 2012. (Eastern Standard Time).  

  1. You must have your own Pinterest account
  2. Visit pinterest.com/theringmaker and follow us!
  3. Repin our Pin to Win picture to your board – this will let us know you are entering
  4. That's it!

OPTIONAL

  1. Create a board on your Pinterest account called “Jens Hansen Designs I love”
  2. Repin as many of our designs from pinterest.com/theringmaker to your board as you like!
  3. If you know there’s a design you like, but we haven’t pinned it, let us know – we’ll find it for you
  4. If you have your own Jens Hansen piece you love – pin a photo of that! We’d love to see it.

    We are not responsible for entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason.

    We will automatically disqualify:

    • Any incomplete or illegible entry; and
    • Any entries that do not comply with Pinterest.com terms of use.

     

    COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES: These are the official rules that govern how the Jens Hansen Pin to Win Contestpromotion will operate. 

    In these rules, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Jens Hansen Gold and Silversmith, the sponsor of the contest. "You" refers to an eligible entrant.

     

    WHAT ARE THE START AND END DATES?

    The Jens Hansen Pin to Win Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 17, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on October 8, 2012 ("Entry Period").

     

    WINNER SELECTION

    After the close of the Entry Period, all qualified entries will go in the draw.

    The winner will be selected randomly using a random number generator. There will only be one (1) winner and the decision is final.

    Winners can expect to receive their prize within two (2) to three (3) weeks following verification of eligibility.

    If you are confirmed as a winner of this Contest:

    If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value; and you may not designate someone else as the winner.

    If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we will award it to an alternate potential winner.

    If you accept a prize you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping and handling costs related to accepting the prize.

     

    THE PRIZE

    The prize is one (1) pair sterling silver and lapis lazuli Jens Hansen 40th Anniversary Collection earrings.

     

    WHAT OTHER CONDITIONS ARE YOU AGREEING TO BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST?

    By entering this Contest you agree:

    • To abide by these Official Rules; and
    • That Jens Hansen’s decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to this Contest; and
    • That by accepting a prize, Jens Hansen may use your proper name and photograph online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Contest, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

     

    WHAT IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS AND THE CONTEST CAN'T RUN AS PLANNED?

    If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, affects the fairness and / or integrity of this Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend the Contest. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Contest, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Contest.X
