The Ring We Might Have Made for Viggo.

It is a statement of record that for the Peter Jackson Lord of the Rings movie trilogy we made the One Ring in all its appearances, Frodo Baggins' silver necklace chain and Vilya, ring of Elrond.

We did not make any of the other so called 'rings of power' and jewellery in the movie.  For legal reasons we cannot use the actual name of the ring worn by the character played by Viggo Mortensen. We call it “the Ring for Viggo”. It is not licensed merchandise.

We have created our own interpretation of this ring based on descriptions of this ring given in the book. It was originally made in 18ct white gold, accompanied with 18ct yellow gold vines and set with a hexagon cut Biron Emerald and natural round cut Emeralds for the eyes.

Do you desire a specific colour or a different gemstone?

There is a wider range of precious gemstones available on request including Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond. We would love to hear from you and look into custom options to create something that is truly yours.

'Natural' Gemstone grown and recovered from the Ground.
'Lab Grown' Gemstone grown in a Lab with the same genetics as its Natural Gemstone type.
'Imitation' Can be any Gemstone type Lab Grown or Natural of the same colour.

Was riding with my company when I spotted some orcs giving this elf and a few of his lads some trouble. Didn't really care much for elves myself but I despise orcs so I thought I'd give the guys a hand. Turns out this elf is the King of Nargothrond and he gifted me this ring as a sign of friendship between our families! To be fair to him it's an awesome ring; love the intricate patterns and the emeralds are stunning. 10/10, would rescue an elf for a ring again!
