Time to vote for the first ever Nelson Ring

On 21 July, we asked Nelsonians near and far: “If there was a ring that  encompassed the spirit, beauty, geography, creativeness, or history of Nelson, what might it look like?” And to find out, we launched the Nelson Ring design competition, to give Nelsonians a chance to design and win the first ever Nelson Ring.  

We asked participants to submit a photo of a hand-sketched or computer-generated design, and tell us their inspiration behind the Nelson Ring. Now it’s time for the public to vote for the top five finalists by Midnight Sunday 31st August, and the Jens Hansen team will then choose the ultimate winning design in the week commencing 1st September.
