Mid-Year’s Day
In the Middle Earth Calendar, today (June 22), is Mid-Year’s Day, a day of food and festivities, and also, incidentally, Arwen and Aragorn’s wedding anniversary.
To celebrate the day, and the new website, the team and I are planning a Hobbit feast, complete with food inspired by the Shire.
Most of the menu is ‘sourced from Middle Earth’ – supplied by local Nelson businesses, and in many cases organic. We’d like to thank our sponsors for making this possible!
