 If we ship your jewellery out of New Zealand you don't have to pay Goods & Services Tax, which saves you 12.5% instantly.

We stay in contact with you throughout the process and you can email anytime for an update.
Shipping & Insurance.
All our jewellery is packed carefully and then delivered to international addresses by insured international air courier and for all national addresses we use an over night courier, minimising any delay in receiving your treasured piece.		 Sizing.
Most people are concerned about the fit of any of our pieces. We use international standard measurements as our guide. If it doesn't fit perfectly return it and we will make sure it does - simple.
Guarantee.
 Everything we produce carries with it our unique hallmark, representing our personal guarantee.  Simply put we stand behind everything we create and like you we are not happy with anything less than perfect.		 Timeline.
For those purchasing from within New Zealand, you should expect to have your purchase within 14 days of order.   For those purchasing from overseas, you should expect to have your purchase within 21 days of order.  If you order from us in-store we will aim to meet your time requirements.  If you are leaving Nelson the next day please let us know as it may be possible for us to prioritise your piece
