After two years of planning, Kate and Thomas had their dream wedding at a beautiful venue which would create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere at the Fleece Inn, Evesham. Thomas is a big fan of J.R.R Tolkien, so anything Hobbit themed was also a priority when it came to styling for the wedding. Thomas's ring was a Jens Hansen Elvish Love Ring in 18ct Yellow Gold fitting the theme of 'The One ring' from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

One year, I bought her a bottle of perfume for her birthday. She insisted I take it back and told me the money would be much better spent on nappies.”
Every piece, from at least half-a-dozen rings to a striking pair of gold earrings, was designed and crafted by Nelson’s much-revered jeweller, the late Jens Hansen.
The couple were also finalists in the 2013 Jens Hansen Love Stories competition, run in conjunction with the Nelson Wedding Show. Her favourite Jens Hansen piece are her diamond earrings, featuring a beautiful round diamond.
Having a custom-made Jens Hansen engagement ring on her finger was adding to the enjoyment, she said. “It was really important to me that if we were going to have a ring it had to be by a Nelson jeweller. Reese said although the couple had a lot of “banter” at home, they were taking marriage seriously. “No one takes a step towards marriage lightly, and we shouldn’t.
We worked with the couple to handcraft an engagement/wedding ring using a classic Jens Hansen design and Rebecca’s very special heirloom stones. The quality diamonds we set into her beautiful ring were from four individual family rings including her mother’s engagement ring and a ring once owned by Rebecca’s grandmother.
