Christmas Orders
All orders for destinations other than New Zealand must now ship by International Express to ensure delivery for Christmas.

December 14th  Last Day to Ship International
December 16th  Last Day to Ship Australia
December 23rd  Last Day to Ship NZ

Orders completed after these dates may still arrive in time but this can't be guaranteed.

Shipping
We offer three options

1. NZ Post Couriers - for NZ delivery addresses
This is typically an overnight service anywhere within New Zealand.  The package is insured and must be signed for and the cost is NZ$10-

2. NZ Post International Airmail (Not available for gold jewellery)
This service is advertised as taking between 7-12 days but can take up to 1 month in our experience.  The price is NZ$30.  This service can only be insured up to NZ$200. To fully insure greater amounts we must use  International Express - see below

3. NZ Post International Express (Serviced by DHL)
This service is advertised as taking between 5-7 days and normally does so.  Delays can occur due to Customs formalities in your destination country.  This service costs NZ$75 and is web-trackable and insured.

Customs Duty & Tax
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods into your country. These charges may be substantial depending on your country's policies and rates. If in doubt, check with your local post office, DHL or government Customs office and ask them.
