What is it about platinum?
Maybe it's the more than 3000 degf melting point or perhaps it's the extreme hardness and difficulty to work....Naah It is just so beautiful and expensive - that's it!

Mark - this was a massive SIze 13.5 Ring to worn on the thumb of a big fellow :-)
It is a great picture! I have it on my desktop at work. It is great to see one of your rings during the actual forging /cooling.
